Latest Projects

Below are some of the projects I have been working on with a brief description of the techniques used and the final results. Some are large projects carried out over a series of months, whilst others are projects completed in an afternoon.

If you have a project in mind, I would love to hear from you to see if we can work together.

Online store with 50000 products

With over fifty thousand references, the main issue with this store is classifying products so clients can find them quickly.

The goal was to enable the customer to find the desired product with the minimum possible effort.

Equestrian products are relatively easy to classify: Saddles, Cases, Whips, etc... Within each category we add the necessary subcategories (Dressage Saddle, English Saddle...). Organising the store by these categories allows for an intuitive navigation structure, and is something seen in most stores with a lot of inventory.

To the categories and sub-categories, I added a photo to help with the visual identification of the type of product, and clarify doubts for people who do not know all the terminology of the equestrian world.

In addition, I added a search engine that uses a simple algorithm to classify and order the results according to the client's criteria - The visitor who knows what he is looking for finds it in one step with this tool.

And finally, I created an automatic connection with Google Merchant Center that allows all products to be uploaded with prices and availability so that a customer looking for a product within google  can go directly to the product without having to do an additional search when entering the web page.

If you are a lover of the equestrian world, I recommend a visit to their website!
